Never Fear, Groovy Moons Are Here

The larger of the moons of Mars, Phobos (which really does mean “fear”) is caught by MRO’s imaging system. If you surf to today’s press release, you can follow links to view the 3D version, if you have the red & blue glasses.

How do you think Phobos compares to much larger Phoebe at Saturn, especially in the light colored landscapes near the crater rims?

Or a smaller Saturnian moon like Pandora, which has smoothed-out craters and grooves like Phobos:
