Blowing in a Cold Wind

It was beautiful outside this morning. Snowfall has ended, but the wind is whipping what has fallen thickly into the air. Otherwise it would be sunny instead of a yellow haze. I like the formations in windblown snow.

The dog usually likes the snow, but after peeing on the walk, she was pawing and scraping to get back in the door. Smart dog. I dug out to the car and the garbage, then emptied the trash. While the young miss dusted off the snow, I chipped the ice off the windows. Now we’re back inside. Probably best to wait to see what the wind is going to do. I’ll dig out tonight when the 50mph gusts have subsided.
