Choice

I can predict the coming furor on this story of a bishop “welcoming” a document entitled “My Body, My Choice.”

Somebody in the chancery of the British military diocese will undoubtedly say that the booklet snuck in a back window and wasn’t welcomed at all.

Seriously, I agree with the title. People of faith should make good choices, moral choices about their sexuality. What’s a more admirable situation? That teenagers ignorant of sex manage to avoid bad practices? Or that well-informed young people make consistently good choices and serve as a positive witness for others?
