Can you imagine the US, a country that can’t/won’t maintain the pitiful rail lines that we currently have, a country that is up to its eyebrows in debt, even thinking about doing something this?
I wonder what Governor Palin would think about this. Someday it might be possible to take a train from Boston to Glasgow via Asia.
