Would these numbers surprise you?
Of the world’s 2.18 billion Christians, about one-fourth live in Europe. A bit more than one-third live in the Americas. About one-quarter live in sub-Saharan Africa. One-eighth live in Asia.
Comparing two moments in history, Christians as a percentage of world population have delcined from 34% to 31% from 1910 to 2010. I’d be interested in seeing the graph through the ages of Christians as a percentage of the world’s population.
