Prayers Answered

Many of you have offered prayers, not only in the comboxes, but also by email. Thanks much for that.

I spent over two hours in a specialist’s (ENT) office this afternoon with my wife. Without going into details my spouse would be uncomfortable being out in the open on the net, we had significant adjustments on two long-standing diagnoses. After a flurry of questions and answers, our specialist told my wife she certainly did not have otosclerosis, diagnosed over a decade ago, nor Ménière’s disease, diagnosed thirty-five years ago.

Now we have a plan to address three diagnoses that do appear to be in play. And we’ve already had improvement on one. So I feel much, much relieved. And if we can make slow progress on the other conditions, then I will head into 2014 a very happy husband.
