Question For The Liturgy Folks

I have the third instruction “For the Orderly Implementation of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy of the Second Vatican Council,” Liturgicae Instaurationes in the queue ready to go for posting.

However, do you think we should take a look at the 1969 document on translating, Comme Le Prevoit first?

Its prescriptions have been overruled by the fifth instruction “For the Orderly Implementation of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy of the Second Vatican Council,” Liturgiam Authenticam. But it might contain important insights to the much-maligned early incarnations of the Roman Rite in English

As I mentioned before, I think we’ll wait on the GIRM and look at the 2000 edition. Just let me know.
