Space Carnival #69

The 69th carnival of space is up, courtesy of Ireme Klotz’s Free Space site. Meanwhile Cassini is imaging moon and ring interaction, including Prometheus, above, pulling a streamer out of the F ring and setting kinks into the structure. With Cassini’s high-inclination orbit, it’s a perfect time to track moon and ring all the way around its orbit. The probe has also imaged partial rings orbiting with the small moons Anthe and Methone.
