Unemployment in the 70’s

That’s not the 1970’s, but in as a percentage of unemployed Bush 43 political appointees still looking for meaningful work. Though five-figure honoraria for giving speeches doesn’t sound too bad. It would keep the groceries on the table in the meantime. Maybe a few of them could start a blog.

Here’s a clue: better really polish up that resume. Would you want Carlos M. Gutierrez, ex-Bush commerce secretary, ex-CEO of Kellogg Co., running your business? He says he hopes to run a company again because “I have a lot of energy.”

So does my daughter.
