For the introductory rites (OCF 183-190), no difference. The Liturgy of the Word includes the readings, homily, and general intercessions (191-193). Also the Lord’s Prayer (194).
According to OCF 195, this “celebration may include holy communion.” This portion is covered in OCF 409-410.
OCF 196 gives the option of the final commendation taking place during the rite of committal. The procession then begins after the Lord’s Prayer. Or, if there is a Communion service, after the prayer following that ritual.
The Final Commendation (OCF 197-203) duplicates OCF 170-176.
Interesting.. My grandfather died during Holy week last year. We had his funeral on Holy Saturday and therefore was unable to have a Funeral mass for him.
