They offer many possibilities for adaptation, for maintaining local customs and admitting popular usages. Episcopal conferences will be able to employ the foreseen dispositions and be attentive to the needs of the country.
Blessings are also a way in which the Church can present its generous face to non-believers, and if handled well, will be a good front for evangelization.
