The Church would indeed desire that the mixture of peoples and cultures would work for a beneficial society through out the Western Hemisphere.

In this new cultural situation, we declare that the project of the Kingdom is present and is possible, and hence we aspire toward a united, reconciled, and integrated Latin America and Caribbean.
