Organ First

The Notre Dame Cathedral is stabilized enough for restoration work to begin. Work on the organ is first to begin, but over a hundred other contractors will be engaged, according to the AP.

Hopefully, the organ job won’t be completed until the final acoustics can be settled, presumably with new and fresh interior materials, even if largely the same.
