Almost Packed

Internet down my last day in the old apartment. But I did save a picture of floor-to-roof loading in the van. Thank goodness I’m not driving it. I spent today on the journey to Missoula, a bit over 500 miles. I passed many trucks on the passes through the Cascades and Rockies.

The you-pack/they-drive method worked out okay in the summer of 2015 when we came out here. I feel less nervous about the instruments this time. See those mattresses, left? Some of them are sheltered there. Others in a hollow a few feet behind the ladder.
