After starting in ashes, we come back to recalling the triumph.
It’s the busiest week for liturgists. Doubly so if the liturgist is involved with music in any way.
Today we have a slight delay before preparing our church for tonight’s festive look: a special Mass for a parishioner’s birthday. By 11AM we should be in full decorative swing.
My schedule tomorrow is pretty typical: the procession precedes 9:30 Mass. Parish Seder after the 11:30. Good Friday music rehearsal at 3. Engaged couple at 4:15. Pick up Brit from serving the 5PM.
Then do it all over again Monday … Tuesday … you get the picture.
In the adoption of All Things Benedictine, do you suppose they’ll be doing complex weaves at the reform2 Masses this weekend?
